Ahmed Mashhour joins BSEEN International as the General Manager of Egypt.
Ahmed commenced his widely ranging Senior Management business career as the General Manager of Egyptian Consulting and Trading (ECTRA), Cairo, in the year 2000, in this position he is responsible for Sales & Marketing of Deutz Engines and spare parts, Business Development and the Management of Special Projects. In 2005 he was appointed Managing Director of Prime Engineering and Consulting, Cairo, responsible for sales of Complete Generator Units and also for managing Prime IT. |
In the year 2006, Ahmed took on the additional task of Chairman of the Egyptian Company for Developing Cities (ECDC), Cairo, which company is concerned in the design, development, construction and sales of villas and apartments.
Ahmed was educated at the German School (DEO), Cairo, from where he graduated with a German Abitur in 1996. He continued his studies at the American University in Cairo, where he obtained a Batchelor Degree in Political Science.
Currently Ahmed is a member of the Egyptian Junior Businessmen and of the German Arab Chamber of Industry and Commerce. Ahmed has a keen interest in sport and is a member of several Sporting Clubs. |

He has worked in all areas of business as Managing Director Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), Regional Head of Northern Region (UK and Nordics) and Industry Leader EMEA, creating and developing business. Across EMEA he has spearheaded the re-engineering of business processes, advised clients on technologies, adoption, benefits and organisational impact and managed deployment program.
He has worked closely with clients in Banking and Insurance sectors addressing strategies and enablement programs for compliance with Basel Accord’s for capital and liquidity compliance. He has collaborated with Government Ministries in Europe regarding EU initiatives for the deployment of i2010 Strategies and Middle East Governments for e-Government readiness, enriched e-Services for Citizens, Industries and Government Ministries.
Alfie is analytical and skilful in coaching teams in Change Management and Business Processing Re-Engineering (BPR) programs. He has implemented new procedures and policies that have increased productivity and effectiveness of operational areas from Finance, HR, Sales and Marketing, Manufacturing, Supply Chains and Procurement. He has worked across industries and geographies with industry household names throughout Europe and the Middle East.
Prior to joining BSEEN, he headed Industry Sales for Adobe EMEA with particular focus on Government and Education solutions and services. In prior roles he led Industry Solutions across fourteen industry sectors for Oracle EMEA and headed up the Middle East defence business for BAE Systems.

Mahdi Janabi has 20 years experience in the graphic industries. Prior to joining BSEEN, he was the Regional Sales Director for Grapheast, with 15 years experience in the Middle East market, establishing a network of resellers in the Middle East and the Gulf states for marketing and selling Adobe and other graphic products in the region. Mahdi helped to introduce Adobe and other technologies into the school curriculum in various Arab countries. A special training program using the new technologies was created to give the teachers a new experience for training their students. These training programs enabled the teachers to provide their students with a new outlook on technology and awaken their interest in the deployment and use of these products. |
At the government and corporate level Mahdi managed to introduce the latest technology into the day-to-day operations to improve the efficiency of the processes. In some countries a contract was put in place covering country wide licensing.
Mahdi's experience includes planning and implementing market entry strategies for technologies and graphics products in the Middle East. Mahdi worked closely with channel partners in Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the UAE to market and promote Adobe Enterprise Solutions, Adobe Desktop Products, FileMaker, and various other graphic products. |

Matt Jabbour brings in 20 years of experience in business consultancy, PMO implementation, and executive coaching with companies such as Nortel Network, Sun Microsystems, Computer Associates (CA) in North America.
Prior to joining BSEEN, Mr. Jabbour had been providing executive seminars, and business coaching for government entities and business enterprise in the area of organizational development and project management in the GCC. Prior to this, he was a PMO Director for Canada and North Central US; monitoring the delivery of about 65 concurrent Professional Services projects. In addition, Mr. Jabbour developed and offered seminars and executive coaching to CA's delivery and sales managers' teams. Mr. Jabbour holds an MBA degree in Marketing from University of Phoenix, and a Project Management Professional certification (PMP) from PMI. |

John Daly studied engineering at Cambridge University in the early 1950s. In the '60s, he was a General Manager for ITT in Nigeria and Zambia. In the '70s he was CEO of a major Telecoms Service company in Saudi Arabia. Since 1984 John has worked from Hong Kong as an Independent IT Business Consultant. For ten years he was a Senior Management Executive with Hong Kong's Tradelink Electronic Services Limited. John has worked in Asia Pacific with a number of prestigious international companies and has acted as an Advisor to several governments in the Region. |

Tony Tsang joined BSEEN after eleven years of experience in the information and communication technology sector. Mr Tsang is also assuming the role of Managing Director Asia Pacific based out of Hong Kong. For over eight years prior to joining BSEEN, Mr Tsang was Assistant to Regional Head and Senior Investment Manager of Transpac Capital Ltd., one of the earliest private equity and venture capital investment firms in Asia, managing over US$820 millions and having invested in over 200 companies primarily in Asia, many of which have achieved public listings. During his term with Transpac, Mr Tsang focused on equity investments in, amongst other sectors, information and communication technology companies, spanning Greater China, Thailand and the United States. |
Before joining Transpac, Mr Tsang was a management and technical consultant, advising operators, service providers, vendors, financiers and government bureaus on national and regional telecommunication and information technology projects in the Asia Pacific region. Mr Tsang received his MA in Engineering from Cambridge University, England |

Zohar Levitan started his career in South Africa in the field of Medical Research. He subsequently continued his studies in South Africa in Marketing Management and Computer Sciences. Zohar has extensive experience in messaging services, value-added Network and ASP services, including EDI and other mission critical business orientated services. Most recently Zohar has been responsible for the specification, installation and rollout of ISP and ASP services for a foremost service provider, with an emphasis on B2B data communications.
Zohar has for many years served on a number of standards committees, academic and professional bodies dealing with business, finance, information technology, sales and marketing in his area of expertise. |

Bill Kokas has 15 years experience in the Telco and IT industries. Prior to joining BSEEN, he was Technical Account Manager for Critical Path Asia Pacific, servicing Enterprise and Service Provider customers and partners, developing and delivering value-added solutions throughout the Asia Region.Prior to this, he worked for Logica Mobile Networks as regional Project Manager, deploying SMSC's and Pre-Paid solutions in Australian and New Zealand markets. Bill holds a Bachelor degree of Electrical Engineering from the University of Technology, Sydney.

Naveen Aggarwal has over 16 years technical Presales, Business development and post sales in Telecom and IT organizations. BSEEN, he was the technical Consultant for Critical Path, serving Enterprise and Telco customers in Asia-Pac. He was instrumental in the roll-out of various Messaging, LDAP and Directory initiatives for PKI and Identity management. His earlier experience includes, Hughes Escorts Communications Ltd as Program Manager, and The Kirloskar Group. He has worked extensively in areas such as Messaging, Identity Management, Security, satellite and terrestrial networks for voice and data among others. He holds an Engineering degree in Electronics and Communications from India. |
