BSEEN International and the Institute for the Information Industry (III) were Gold Sponsors of the RFID Convention held at the Paris Expo site in Paris France.

BSEEN and III displayed their ability to provide end to end working solutions in the field of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) applications. The solutions exhibited included RFID components, information and network security components and the BSEEN Internet collaboration software.

The RFID components showcased by III and its partners included RFID tags, RFID readers and application level software. The solutions also included middleware applications developed by III's engineers to ensure the smooth integration of the components with each other and the client's existing systems.

Two well received Presentations were made at the Conference by Diana Tsai, General Manager of III, and Zohar Levitan, CTO of BSEEN International.

These focused on how the obstacles that faced III in bringing RFID solutions to Taiwan were solved and featured some of the successful systems provided by III.

Of particular interest were the III solution for tracking and monitoring potential SARS patients, a solution to track the proper disposal of appliance components, a complete warehouse solution and a solution to track rice through its distribution channels allowing the distributors and the public to know the rice's complete cultivation history.

The presence of both companies at the Convention brought the abilities of III to the European market place, a new arena for III solutions and expertise.
